Learn effective modern meditation techniques

We have teamed up with Stuart Bold of Modern Meditation to offer this informal course which will enable anyone to simply and effectively learn modern meditation techniques and allow them to access the many health and wellbeing benefits of meditation – all of which are backed up by scientific and medical research. Modern Meditation is designed for modern living and is focused on health & wellbeing and isn’t about sitting cross-legged, on the floor, seeking spiritual enlightenment. The health & wellbeing benefits are amazing, tangible and achievable.

For over 15 years Stuart Bold has been practising meditation and he has been teaching introductory courses in meditation for several years.

He has been teaching and practising around the world, including a period of 5 years setting up and running a retreat and complementary healthcare centre at an old convent in the south of France. He is currently working with the Prince of Wales Foundation for Integrated Health in London, managing the creation and implementation of a self-regulatory system for complementary healthcare in the UK and is working with 12 of the main complementary healthcare professions and the Department of Health to achieve this.

The meditation workshop will take place between 3pm and 6pm on Saturday afternoon - the ideal way to relax after a busy week. To book accommodation within Danesfield House call 01628 891010.
