Jo Tuffry has been teaching Pilates for over 12 years. She is a renowned Instructor of Body Control Pilates, is a Pilates tutor to students undertaking their training to teach and has contributed to various health and fitness articles in national newspapers. She has studied all aspects of Pilates from matwork to reformer machine based Pilates.
